《电气创新实训室》简介
一、实训室主要设备
设备主要包括西门子PLC1200、西门子PLC200SMART、西门子触摸屏KTP700、欧姆龙视觉系统、伺服驱动器V90、变频器V20、步进电机驱动器、三相交流电机、伺服电机、步进电机、直流电机、气动机械手、电容传感器、电感传感器、霍尔传感器、颜色传感器、西门子全套工业软件等。。
二、实训项目
开设的实训项目主要有自动上料控制系统设计实训、双向传送带控制系统设计实训、物料分拣系统设计实训、气动机械手控制系统实训、物料形状视觉检测实训、IC芯片视觉检测实训、视觉控制器通信实训、伺服电机控制实训、步进电机控制实训、三相交流电机控制实训、储液罐监控组态控制系统、电动机正反转监控组态控制系统、自动门组态控制系统、液体搅拌装置组态控制系统、机械手组态控制系统等15 个实训项目。
三、实训室功能
着重培养学生的电气控制线路设计、安装调试、检修技能，可服务于“运动控制系统开发与应用”职业技能等级证书（X证书）的培训与鉴定，也可为企业员工和社会人员提供相关培训与鉴定。

The training programs offered mainly include automatic feeding control system design training, bidirectional conveyor belt control system design training, material sorting system design training, pneumatic manipulator control system training, material shape visual inspection training, IC chip visual inspection training, visual controller communication training, servo motor control training, stepper motor control training, three-phase AC motor control training, storage tank monitoring and configuration control system training 15 practical training projects, including the configuration control system for motor forward and reverse rotation monitoring, automatic door configuration control system, liquid mixing device configuration control system, and robotic arm configuration control system.
3、 Training Room Functions
Emphasis is placed on cultivating students' skills in electrical control circuit design, installation, debugging, and maintenance, which can serve the training and appraisal of the "Sports Control System Development and Application" vocational skill level certificate (X certificate), as well as provide relevant training and appraisal for enterprise employees and social personnel.
